Weight in pounds is converted to kilograms and multiplied by the dose rate — 0.5 mg × kg — then capped at 50 mg per day. The result is rounded down: to the nearest half gummy under 50 lb, and to the nearest whole gummy at 50 lb and above. Published trials give the daily amount in two divided doses and start at half the target for the first two weeks; both are shown above. Each gummy delivers 10 mg of calcium folinate. Daily intake in the pilot is capped at 5 gummies (50 mg). Do not exceed this amount during the study. If your healthcare provider has recommended a different amount, follow their guidance and note it in your survey response.
§ IIInstructions for Use
Best taken with food.
Split the daily amount into two doses, six to eight hours apart — morning and early evening.
Half doses: cut the gummy with a clean knife. Store the unused half in an airtight container and use it within 24 hours.
For the first two weeks, take half the daily amount shown, then step up to the full amount.
If a day is missed, resume as usual. Do not double up to make up for a missed day.
Chew thoroughly before swallowing.
